Liner

The liner of the screw cap is adapted to the contents of the bottle, for example for hot filling or if the cap is to be suitable for carbonated beverages.

Colours

The screw cap is available in 120 standard colours, but it is also possible to order your own design, embossing or other wishes. Minimum order is 1 box (1250 pcs). Contact us for more information and a quote.

For hot filling

For hot filling we have HotCap Liners that can be used up to a maximum of 70 °C for 2 hours or at a maximum of 100 °C for 15 minutes and then stored at room temperature. Our HotCap liners are also suitable for pasteurisation at 80-85°C for up to 30 minutes.
