It is made of long, durable aluminium and is suitable for a range of drinks such as wine, juice, syrup, vinegars, oils and carborated drinks. It can be used on both glass and PET bottles, and the new sealing system gives it the ability to handle higher pressures. Liner options available 

The liner of the screw wind caps is adapted to the contents of the bottle, for example for hot filling or if the cap is to be suitable for carbonated beverages.

For hot filling

For hot filling we have HotCap Liners that can be used up to a maximum of 70 °C for 2 hours or at a maximum of 100 °C for 15 minutes and then stored at room temperature. Our HotCap liners are also suitable for pasteurisation at 80-85°C for up to 30 minutes.
